Album Review: “Ignite The Sky” by Bloody Heels

Latvian rockers Bloody Heels have released their latest album “Ignite The Sky” via Frontiers Records. Wow. The band has gained a lot of momentum since the release of the first single off this killer record. The album opens with the perfect melodic rock title track. Following is the heaviest track the band has released to date – “Criminal Masterminds”. Sick guitar riffs can be found throughout the entire album, but it is impossible not to mention the epic bass intro to “Farewell To Yesterday”. The band features Vicky White on vocals, Harry Rivers on guitar, Gunner Everett on bass, and Gus Hawk on drums. The second half of the album continues at full force with tracks like “Stand Your Ground” and “Streets of Misery”. The band shows their diversity with the song “Silhouette” as well as the song “Black Swan”. Bloody Heels is a force to be reckoned with and “Ignite The Sky” shows it.
