Album Review: “H.E.A.T. II” by H.E.A.T.

Nothing can beat Swedish rock and metal, right!? Indeed. On February 21st, 2020, Swedish hard rockers, H.E.A.T., released their 6th studio album, H.E.A.T. 2. The album opens with the chugging guitar riff of “Rock Your Body”. Vocalist Erik Gronwall certainly doesn’t hold back on tracks like “Dangerous Ground” and “Adrenaline”. “Come Clean” brings H.E.A.T. fans a perfectly crafted, hard-rocking single. “Victory” and “We Are Gods” are definitely the songs which fans can easily sing along to. This talented group put on two amazing performances on the Monsters Of Rock Cruise recently playing new songs including “One By One” and “Rise”, among others. “Nothing to Say” is a song which really has stuck with me because of its power in terms of lyrical content. The keyboard on this album really brought it to the next level, especially in songs like “Heaven Must Have Won an Angel” and “Under The Gun”. Overall, H.E.A.T. has presented fans with yet another rockin’ album!
