Concert Review/Photo Gallery: Kickin’ Valentina @ Cancun Cantina 5/23/21

Just outside of Baltimore, Maryland – Brad Lee Entertainment put on the second installment of the Sunday Showcase Series at Cancun Cantina. With a total of 6 bands – from all-stars to underground – fans expected nothing less than a night full of sweaty, dirty rock n’ roll. Between the temperature above 90 and the face-melting guitar solos – sweaty, dirty rock n’ roll is most definitely what they got.

The afternoon started with Connecticut-based tribute Stairway to Halen. What better than the music of two of the most legendary, most respected rock bands of all-time to kick off the night!?

Stairway to Halen:

Despite a deer incident on the way, Kentucky-based band Native Sons put on a killer ‘70s style hard rock set which made it clear that nothing can hold them back.

Native Sons:

Later on, Wild America set the night aflame with ‘Gasoline’ and other rockin’ tunes.

Wild America:

Coming in from Atlanta, Georgia – Asphalt Valentine brought a full force, high energy performance despite the heat of the night.

Asphalt Valentine:

Next up was SteelCity, a band with members hailing from all around the U.S., who brought their A-game and put on a show that was nothing less than stellar.

SteelCity:

Last but certainly not least – Kickin’ Valentina. These guys blew the roof off the place and absolutely kicked ass. After months without concerts, fans finally got the dirty rock n’ roll show they’ve all been craving… and it was a damn good time.
